Hi, I’m Alexis, the founder and heart behind Water Their Flowers. My passion for supporting children with disabilities began through volunteer experiences in high school and college, where I learned the beauty of celebrating each child for exactly who they are and advocating for families whose stories deeply shaped my heart.

My faith guides this calling. As Psalm 139 reminds us, each child is fearfully and wonderfully made—created with purpose, dignity, and worth. Water Their Flowers exists to honor that truth by celebrating differences and supporting children in ways that respect their individuality.

Rooted in service and creativity, this nonprofit grew from my design brand, Salt + Orchid, where creativity and giving first met. What began as a creative dream has become a mission to cultivate spaces where every child is seen, valued, and supported. This work is deeply personal, and I’m grateful to grow it alongside you.
